GBStaff was very knowlegable and of great help. I did not know what part was needed for my older spa. Sent a picture of the damaged part and after some research they provided the needed part. Great service and highly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them for all arctic spas related issues.

GBArcticSpa Covers their product I've had my hottub for a few years now. Any or service or warrantee item that my hottub has needed has been handled without any questions. They just want to get you up and running again. I also appreciate how the brand designs upgrades and makes sure the replacement part has the new upgrades.

GBTop notch customer service We just got our hot tub this week! Customer service has been top notch and the guys that delivered it and the guy who set it up were amazing!!! We never owned a hot tub before and he taught us everything we needed to know! I could not be happier with the whole process thank you!!

GBArctic Spa does exist Pleased to find Arctic Spa still in business. No Alaska distributor or parts available locally. I needed a new light lens for an older tub because of leaks but it was no longer made because of what I assume were major problems with leaking. A new replacement kit was, and is, available, which I ordered. I assume it is a fairly easy job to install and tub will be ready to go. A little slow in filling order though. Also good to see a USA location versus Canada, not to knock Canada though.
