USThey will make it right. When we had a problem with our spa, Christian sent a tech out right away. He thought he had fixed the problem, but it turned out to be more complex. Something he could not repair. It was covered under the manufacturers warranty and they quickly ordered a replacement spa. We are thrilled with the service and concern for our satisfaction.
