USTop notch customer service We just got our hot tub this week! Customer service has been top notch and the guys that delivered it and the guy who set it up were amazing!!! We never owned a hot tub before and he taught us everything we needed to know! I could not be happier with the whole process thank you!!

USGreat Experience We purchase our spa last spring and really enjoy using it. We have arthritis and it helps relieve the pain on our joints. Customer support was great and they got right back to us to answer any questions.

USArctic Spa does exist Pleased to find Arctic Spa still in business. No Alaska distributor or parts available locally. I needed a new light lens for an older tub because of leaks but it was no longer made because of what I assume were major problems with leaking. A new replacement kit was, and is, available, which I ordered. I assume it is a fairly easy job to install and tub will be ready to go. A little slow in filling order though. Also good to see a USA location versus Canada, not to knock Canada though.

USPrices were reasonable and delivery was quick My local Arctic Spa dealer went out of business so I found this website. I signed up for the Spa Filter annual program and ordered a replacement clip for my spa. The ordering was quick and easy and I received my products within a few days. The prices are reasonable so I will continue to use this site.
