USExcellent Customer Service I'm a newbie spa owner and as such specified the wrong filter as part of my order. Arctic Spa Store flagged this error and corrected it while neither altering the dollar amount nor delaying shipment. A courteous email was sent explaining my error and describing the proposed fix. No action on my part was required since, of course, they knew better than I what to ship. Bravo.

SEArctic spa store has great service Me and my wife made the mistake of making two separate orders of some of the same products. I informed Arctic SS of my mistake. The order wasn’t shipped yet so they kept the doubled ordered items and refunded the money. Unfortunately I got refunded for some of the items I still wanted, and had to pay for an item I wanted off the order. I haven’t received my shipment yet, but I feel confident that we can resolve the mistake about the refund as well.

USStaff was very knowlegable and of great help. I did not know what part was needed for my older spa. Sent a picture of the damaged part and after some research they provided the needed part. Great service and highly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them for all arctic spas related issues.

USSimple and easy! I was skeptical about ordering Arctic Spa Chemicals on line, but the prices were way better than the Kiosk type store that I used to go to 28 miles away from home and they have free shipping!
