GBGreat service, great product! Rainnharvest was upfront and contacted me personally to update me on the availability and late shipment of the Berkey system I had ordered. Due to the pandemic, my system was manufactured and shipped much later than expected. They phoned me to let me know and offered to cancel my order (I didn’t cancel). They contacted me 2 more times to update me as to when I would receive it. It arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you Rain Harvest!

GBA well engineered system for using grey water This system is well thought out, and pretty straightforward to assemble and install. The only slight modification I had to make was the discharge port, but it wasn’t a big deal. The pump that came with the unit seems top notch. It’s whisper quiet and moves a serious amount of water quickly. An easy an effective way to recycle water to use for irrigation.

GBThe cover filter setup we ordered got… The cover filter setup we ordered got here fast and fit nicely on our large collection tank. The cover that goes over the filter screen was easy to cut to fit the gutter inside. We like this setup much better than just having a filter with no cover, so we'll replace others with this cover setup.

GBTop notch service and products Great specialized products and service. Sparking of service, Dan Peters was very responsive and informative as my customer service rep. He gave me plenty of options for delivery when one of my ordered items was out of stock. Furthermore, he seemed to have a certain amount of expertise in rainwater catchment which is reassuring. Shipping speed was better than average and packaging of my items was well done. I would definitely buy from again.
