I had a problem with an overflow adapter I ordered, and they got back to me right away and we eventually figured out that I was doing it wrong! So one suggestion for improvement would be to include detailed instructions with the products, but I still think these folks are 5 stars

I was disappointed it took 4 months to… I was disappointed it took 4 months to get my Berkey filter system. Other Berkey dealers had them after everyone couldn't get them. My package did not include an instruction booklet. There was no testing red dye included which other companies sent out. I will get my supplies elsewhere in the future.

The cover filter setup we ordered got… The cover filter setup we ordered got here fast and fit nicely on our large collection tank. The cover that goes over the filter screen was easy to cut to fit the gutter inside. We like this setup much better than just having a filter with no cover, so we'll replace others with this cover setup.

Great service, great product! Rainnharvest was upfront and contacted me personally to update me on the availability and late shipment of the Berkey system I had ordered. Due to the pandemic, my system was manufactured and shipped much later than expected. They phoned me to let me know and offered to cancel my order (I didn’t cancel). They contacted me 2 more times to update me as to when I would receive it. It arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you Rain Harvest!

I would not have believed it I would not have believed it, I did buy extra filters. Our water is so bad, you can't even use it to water the lawn. I stopped buying bottled water and now am using my well water for drinking, cooking and even use it for my ice maker. Best example, I was drinking diet cokes almost exclusively, I drank 3 quarts of water just last evening. I will be calling to order one for my company plant. Although, I have to have it tested after filtering, so if you have a source you can suggest for that, I sure would appreciate it.
