GBGood Initial Response but No Updates Our non-profit museum ordered a memorial bench in the fall of 2021 and received an email less than 4 weeks later to confirm the wording for the bench. We have received no updates since then. We hope they will send a shipment notice when the bench is finally on its way.

GBThe bench is beautiful and full of… The bench is beautiful and full of craftsmanship. The text approval email went to my company spam folder and Darius was thoughtful enough to call me and ask why I had not approved of the design. He was able to provide all the details and images on the spot. The only draw back was the wait time. But he pandemic has been impacting everything I order.
