They were responsive and courteous and flexible. What more could you possibly ask for at a time like this. I am very grateful for their professionalism and the bench we created together will be treasured for a lifetime

Good Initial Response but No Updates Our non-profit museum ordered a memorial bench in the fall of 2021 and received an email less than 4 weeks later to confirm the wording for the bench. We have received no updates since then. We hope they will send a shipment notice when the bench is finally on its way.

We got the bench and it was beautiful Updated review- They sent us a new top super fast. It has a much sturdier coating over it. Darius has been very helpful and responsive to every need we had. Thank you for making us a beautiful bench to remember our loved one. We got the bench and it was beautiful. Set up very easily. But in less than a month, the white coating started to chip off in the top corner of the bench. They did send a repair kit after we told them about it. But with how much we spent, we were disappointed that it had already started to chip for only having it less than a month.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! They were great in delievering a proof that was exactly what I was hoping for. The price was very reasonable and laid out up front and delivery was when promised. What a beautiful concrete memorial bench that will be cherrished forever. Thank you!
