Good Initial Response but No Updates Our non-profit museum ordered a memorial bench in the fall of 2021 and received an email less than 4 weeks later to confirm the wording for the bench. We have received no updates since then. We hope they will send a shipment notice when the bench is finally on its way.

We worked with Darius, who was awesome. He followed up with a call to ensure the proof was received and made the minor change we asked for returning the changed proof within 1 day. Estimated delivery upon order placement was 4-5 weeks, but we received the completed bench in 2 weeks. It is absolutely gorgeous and we cannot wait to give it to our friends!! We got the bench and it was beautiful Updated review- They sent us a new top super fast. It has a much sturdier coating over it. Darius has been very helpful and responsive to every need we had. But in less than a month, the white coating started to chip off in the top corner of the bench. They did send a repair kit after we told them about it. But with how much we spent, we were disappointed that it had already started to chip for only having it less than a month.
