Beautiful Spectrum So far I'm digging the product and cannot wait to see what kind of beautiful flowers these lights can yield. I do wish, however, that I would have know about a 15% restocking fee in addition to covering shipping if there was any reason a customer such as myself would want or need to return the item. During these tough times, charging a potential future consumer and others potentially brought in by Word Of Mouth a fee for wanting to return a never opened or taken out of box item just seems like a business practice that needs fine tuning. Just be wary and use caution when measuring your room space for if you buy too many lights you will pay the cost out of pocket. thanks and God Bless

Bad terrible customer service I tried… Bad terrible customer service I tried returning before 30 days after purchase and they wanted to take 15% as stocking fee. lights aren’t worth the money at all they use cheap no name Chinese LEDs that burn out especially the IRs

Above and beyond customer service ! I want to reach out and thank the entire KIND team for above and beyond service to help me with an unfortunate event. One of my new KIND lights failed due to drywall dust being sucked into the fixture. KIND was extremely generous and repaired the fixture under warranty! (the new fixture warranty was voided, but repaired). I want to especially thank Michael, Jesse and Jeff for all the extra effort and customer support! Jeff, sorry I bugged you with a couple of messages, the documentation and configuration for using multiple lights with the control center can be confusing. Thanks again for your help and patience, I'll be writing a hardware review after a little more use and a side by side grow using our HLG fixtures vs KIND. Excellent Product and Support I've been having excellent results with KIND LED X-80 Bar lights for several years now. My plants actually yield in the range advertised by the seed companies. Beyond that, I’ve received top-notch support whenever I’ve needed it. I recently sent in a light for repair, and Michael Thomas turned it around in one day! My sincere thanks to everyone at KIND.

I used the Kind led light in a veg room… I used the Kind led light in a veg room and had great results with it. Only complaint is where they cut there name KIND out of the side of the light, that creates a hiding spot for spiders so I had to cover it. Besides that a great light.
