USBeautiful Spectrum So far I'm digging the product and cannot wait to see what kind of beautiful flowers these lights can yield. I do wish, however, that I would have know about a 15% restocking fee in addition to covering shipping if there was any reason a customer such as myself would want or need to return the item. During these tough times, charging a potential future consumer and others potentially brought in by Word Of Mouth a fee for wanting to return a never opened or taken out of box item just seems like a business practice that needs fine tuning. Just be wary and use caution when measuring your room space for if you buy too many lights you will pay the cost out of pocket. thanks and God Bless

USBad terrible customer service I tried… Bad terrible customer service I tried returning before 30 days after purchase and they wanted to take 15% as stocking fee. lights aren’t worth the money at all they use cheap no name Chinese LEDs that burn out especially the IRs

USBad Situation Turned Positive I had what started as a bad experience, turn out to be a positive one. Michael with the customer service team at Kind LED was able to diagnose my problem via chat and determine that I didn't need to spend money to ship my light back for service. A couple days later a new SD card and WiFi dongle showed up at my house. Now both my light and connection to my router work flawlessly without the hassle of sending my unit back.
