Wonderful robust,healthy plants & fantastic customer support Received my first order from houseplantexperience.com but suffered a couple of losses because the shipment got caught in a surprise arctic blast that hit my area. Informed company of the problem and they immediately sent out replacements with no hassle. Outstanding communication that allowed me to track shipment along the way to the moment it arrived on my doorstep. Phenomenal packing -- every plant arrived without losing a speck of soil, ready to take center stage in my home. Plants are robust, healthy, well rooted, and free of pests. I hope I can keep them looking as wonderful! Their website lists several plants I haven't been able to find elsewhere -- some I've never heard of before -- so I know I'll be placing more orders. Overall, a wonderful experience, superior plants, and a great vendor -- a dangerous discovery for my budget!
