GBGood customer service Some plants arrived with some frost damage due to abnormally cold weather, but after sending an email with pictures to the customer service team, they said they would send a replacement plant.

GBExcellent! I ordered 3 plants, 2 of which were Calatheas, which are notoriously finicky. All 3 plants were super healthy and beautiful. I live in New Mexico so I've had trouble with plants not adjusting well to the dry climate but all 3 have done great so far!
