Great product and FANTASTIC customer service I ordered a few mini-Wooly pockets for my house. When the color I needed was in back order and they had only 2 of the 3 I needed in stock, I received a personal email from the Urbilis Brand Manager, Mary. She went over options to make sure I had the products I needed and even satisfied the order with a different color from a separate warehouse. This is quality business working at its best.
