Great products and personal attention! We needed color swatches since our planters were made to order from Spain and non-returnable. A person with a name, Paige, contacted me and sent swatches-then followed up to make sure I'd received them. I did received and ordered the planters. I recieved a head's up that the order had shipped from Spain from my same contact, Paige. My client recieved the planters, texting me upon receipt that she was delighted with them! The follow through and personal contact was very important to making this order happen. Very happy!

Great product and FANTASTIC customer service I ordered a few mini-Wooly pockets for my house. When the color I needed was in back order and they had only 2 of the 3 I needed in stock, I received a personal email from the Urbilis Brand Manager, Mary. She went over options to make sure I had the products I needed and even satisfied the order with a different color from a separate warehouse. This is quality business working at its best. Damaged planter not replaced! One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!
