GBDamaged planter not replaced! One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!

Because some were special order and non-returnable, a customer service agent checked back with me to make sure I understood that - which I appreciated. GBWhat's up with my order? It’s been a full week since placing my order, but I haven’t received any information about its status. When I login to look it up, it says “waiting to be fulfilled”. Why? Is it on backorder? Until when? Warehouses no longer take a week to ship orders so something is wrong, but I have no idea when to expect this order.
