GBBeautiful Planters Beautiful Planters! Ordered two and actually the top edge of one planter was cracked. I took pics and sent in to customer service. Their attention was prompt and first class. Sent me a replacement planter which I received quickly. So nice to work with a company who will stand behind their product and appreciates the customer. This is what creates a loyal customer! GBGreat product and FANTASTIC customer service I ordered a few mini-Wooly pockets for my house. When the color I needed was in back order and they had only 2 of the 3 I needed in stock, I received a personal email from the Urbilis Brand Manager, Mary. She went over options to make sure I had the products I needed and even satisfied the order with a different color from a separate warehouse. This is quality business working at its best. GBWonderful products and customer service I ordered a number of great planters and pots. Because some were special order and non-returnable, a customer service agent checked back with me to make sure I understood that - which I appreciated. My in-stock items have arrived and now I'm anticipating my special order. I am very pleased with everything.

GBREFUND policy unacceptable! REFUND policy unacceptable!! I've reached out two times over the course of four days via chat and still have not received any return shipping information. The process is extremely inefficient and time consuming. Will most likely not order from Urbilis again.

GBWhat's up with my order? It’s been a full week since placing my order, but I haven’t received any information about its status. When I login to look it up, it says “waiting to be fulfilled”. Why? Is it on backorder? Until when? Warehouses no longer take a week to ship orders so something is wrong, but I have no idea when to expect this order.
