Great customer service and product! I ordered some large I ordered some large, excellent quality planter boxes. When there was a delay in shipping them due to a manufacturer's delay, Nick S., Customer Care Specialist, was wonderfully responsive. He checked on my order and addressed my delivery inquiry. Nick sent me well-written emails, regarding the delay, and the arrival expectation of my planters. They arrived just as he told me they would. Great products and personal attention! We needed color swatches since our planters were made to order from Spain and non-returnable. A person with a name, Paige, contacted me and sent swatches-then followed up to make sure I'd received them. I did received and ordered the planters. I recieved a head's up that the order had shipped from Spain from my same contact, Paige. My client recieved the planters, texting me upon receipt that she was delighted with them! The follow through and personal contact was very important to making this order happen. Very happy!

Damaged planter not replaced! One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!

Great Customer Service We needed a rush delivery of a sample for a client and Lindsay was excellent at responding to our needs.
