GB1st Customer in Utah to own the Summit XL As i understand it we were the first to own the new Summit XL in Utah. In spite of a snow storm the Arctic Spa team came through. The guys delivered and setup our huge spa in just one day! Great job in spite of the 16 inches of snow that made both delivery and the the removal of our old spa difficult. GBLove the spa, not the communication I did my research, so I know Arctic Spas are one of the best. We went down to Salt Lake City to look at an Ocean and ended up purchasing one about 5 months after that visit. Communication was great all the way up to finding out when the spa was ready and when the delivery was going to happen. It seems like our sales person dropped off the Earth and I had to call into the shop. Day of delivery.....got a phone call from our salesperson apologizing for a mix up and it was actually coming the next day. Next day.....no confirmation call for delivery so I called the shop. I was told the spa would be here NLT 6pm. Delivery guys showed up at 8:30pm and said they were an independent company. OK.....customer service is very easy. Communicate! It seems there is a disconnect between the store and the delivery people and us customers are paying the price. Next day installation: Our tech showed up on time, was VERY helpful, and polite. He set the spa up, had us up and running on the internet, answered questions and I LOVE my spa.
