GBOne of the best purchasing experiences I have had for ages, maybe forever! Working with Christian Staples at Arctic Spas, on the purchase of our new spa was a refreshing surprise! His willingness to come inspect our site, and offer suggestions, I felt was above and beyond. His follow up e-mails and additional help was great! Everything he promised us happened like clock work. I would very highly recommend Christian and his crew to anyone interested in a new Spa! The only part of the experience I think needs improvement is the Arctic Spa literature. I would like it to have much more information on the product, showing equipment locations, seating depth, weight etc. etc.

GBOne of the best accessories added to our St. George home After 6-months of research, and a visit to every spa/pool dealer in the Salt Lake Valley and a couple in Las Vegas, not to mention the Salt Lake County Fair, we purchased an Arctic Spa Ocean and had it delivered to St. George in December 2012. We have been thrilled. Every time that we use it we comment about how happy we are that we bought the Ocean. The Ocean is big – but it does exactly what we wanted it to do. In the winter it is a hot tub, and in the summer it is a small pool. When the kids and grandkids are with us, the smaller kids love to inch along the sides to get to the main swim nozzles and then get swept back to the group in the seated area. They do this again and again. We have had 14 people in the tub/pool at one time – and were all very comfortable and free to move around. I have loved the electronic interface and find it easier to check/change the temperature and settings from my iPhone, than to use the control panel on the spa. I understand that I can now connect it to my home router and check/change settings remotely. Very cool and reassuring. The crew at Arctic Spas Utah have been very helpful. We delayed the delivery of the spa for nearly 45 days (landscaping issues) and have been back for instructions on different chemicals, several times. Always great and I have never felt like an interruption or imposition. Scott C.

GBBEST SPA and SERVICE! Having owned and ran a national retail company for 25 years I really appreciate sincere, consistent customer service! My experience was nothing less than exceptional from the sales information side to the follow-up service side after the sale. I'll admit I needed additional help with the actual system usage but I continue to receive professional, courteous help from everyone I talk to. Keep up the good work. Your Spas are truly made for the harsher winter climates and perform as initially explained to me.

GBSimply the best! After shopping around with all of the spa companies we were so happy to find Arctic Spas. Christian Staples is very knowledgeable and never did we feel any pressure. He addressed all of our concerns and needs. He gained our trust and we couldn't be happier with our spa. During set up, Brett took his time and helped us understand the workings of our spa taking away the fear we had. The follow up and availability to answer our questions is such a value. I fee like we became part of the Arctic Spa family! Thanks, Christian & Brett for all of your support.

GBGreat tub! We bought our Spa at the Utah State fair. We were promised free tickets to get in with a phone call but no answer,Not wanting to wait we pais and went in. Looked at all the Spas and Artic offered no pressure information on there tub. The factory rep gave us all the info and assured us if we wanted to make the purchase we could get the Fair price. We went home and slept on it and decided to make the purchase. The Spa was delivered no hassles and the tech that set it up was very helpful and did a great job. we are very pleased with the Spa. Our only complaint was a lack of follow up calls on delivery time and slow responce when calling to get delivery time. Felt like we were forgotten. Other than that a great experience
