GBOne of the best accessories added to our St. George home After 6-months of research, and a visit to every spa/pool dealer in the Salt Lake Valley and a couple in Las Vegas, not to mention the Salt Lake County Fair, we purchased an Arctic Spa Ocean and had it delivered to St. George in December 2012. We have been thrilled. Every time that we use it we comment about how happy we are that we bought the Ocean. The Ocean is big – but it does exactly what we wanted it to do. In the winter it is a hot tub, and in the summer it is a small pool. When the kids and grandkids are with us, the smaller kids love to inch along the sides to get to the main swim nozzles and then get swept back to the group in the seated area. They do this again and again. We have had 14 people in the tub/pool at one time – and were all very comfortable and free to move around. I have loved the electronic interface and find it easier to check/change the temperature and settings from my iPhone, than to use the control panel on the spa. I understand that I can now connect it to my home router and check/change settings remotely. Very cool and reassuring. The crew at Arctic Spas Utah have been very helpful. We delayed the delivery of the spa for nearly 45 days (landscaping issues) and have been back for instructions on different chemicals, several times. Always great and I have never felt like an interruption or imposition. Scott C.

GBWe got our spa delivered the first part… We got our spa delivered the first part of July. The setup was not great. When the guy went to setup the Covana cover he figured out he had lost a box of hardware on the freeway in transporting the unit. Now it took another week to get the parts. Once he got the cover setup it seemed to work. Then the trouble began. It would go up but would not go down. Or it just wouldn't lift at all. They have tried replacing different parts. Been since July and now it is almost September and the cover won't go up again. Of course no one is available on a weekend to fix it. What is a spa WORTH if you can't get in it. Tried to get ARCTIC SPA to replace it but for some reason they won't. Communication has been very poor with the management of Arctic Spa. Cal Robinson

GBCustomer Service More Important Than The Sale. I have been looking and researching swim spas for the last two years. I was literally just hours away from making a purchase from another dealer. I decided to call Arctic Spas at the last minute as they had previously given me some information, and a few things about the build quality of Arctic Spas intrigued me -- one of which was the insulated cabinet instead of the blown on insulation of other manufacturers. Upon calling them, I explained what I was a out to purchase and a price and asked what they had in comparison. They researched a bit and called me back within an hour and gave me a quote. I drove the 40 miles to the shop and spoke with the employees and the owner. They were extremely helpful and were more concerned about the customer service than getting me out the door with a new spa. Needless to say, I walked out of the store with a new spa. The spa came in a week or so behind schedule but I was kept in the loop as time progressed. The spa that came in was stained already though I ordered it unstained. They gave me several options to remedy the issue. All options were fine, they actually went above and beyond.. I would recommend Arctic Spas to anyone.

GBBest purchase ever, no pressure, delivered awesome spa as promised!!! Christian and crew are Awesome. Not only do they know hot tubs inside-out, so they can answer any question, you may have, but they take the time to make sure you know all about then too. There was no pressure, just answers. They even invited use to come down and try one out in the store. Ours Klondiker was ordered in Aug. of 2011 and installed in Sept. without a hitch. Christian helped use find an electrician to install the power box, then he come out to setup the tub the next day. We're looking forward to our second yearly maintenance. That's the only time someone needs to come out. It works (and feels) better then they claimed, and would recommend Arctic Spas and Arctic Spas Utah to any one wanting the best. We stop in all the time just to see whats new and say "Hi" to our friends there. Can't say enough about both, Christian and his staff, who will do what it takes to make you happy. Arctic Spa is great too, they makes a first class product, and go the extra mile to not only keep up with what's new, but leading the way.. Awesome!! Mark and Jackie
