CACant get a hold of anyone Cant get a hold of anyone. I called numerous times and left a message emailed them once but no reply. I had to cancel my order as it's 15 business days and my purchased item wasn't even out of the confirmed stage. Sad cuz they used to be top notch.

GBAwesome customer service that goes above and beyond expectations! I had placed a preorder for some fans that was unfortunately impacted by the supply chain issues every business has faced over the past year. The customer service agent kept me informed throughout the process and when it became clear that the fans order would not make it in time for my needs, they replaced the order with a comparable product that was listed for more money than my original order. I am more than happy with my experience and will be looking here first for all my grow needs.

GB"Growbuds" has been an awesome… "Growbuds" has been an awesome experience using. They are fast, courteous, and always helpful. I use them for all of my indoor growing needs. Plus, if they dont have an item, they'll notify you if and when it comes in. Which is handy, I think. Especially if it's a specific item you need.

GBMy first order from GrowBuds was 3 of… My first order from GrowBuds was 3 of there 6” oscillating fans.they create incredible air circulation. At no fault of GB 1 Fan failed 😵, there was a short in supply wire 😳 I repaired supply line and fan is back in service 😊 Sincerely, DS
