GBProduct is awesome but takes time to… Product is awesome but takes time to work out the kinks. Only reason I am giving this 4 stars is due to horrible customer service, I tried getting help with a leaking issue I was having and when I called, i reached a woman that clearly spoke little English and was absolutely no help whatsoever. She told me to send email and that's all I got out of her. I sent email but never received a answer. The leaking was caused by me and not the product though. After figuring out the issue the auto pot system is working perfect and my crops are very happy.

GBBad service, Wasted a month went elsewhere Customer service is non existent I had to reach out by phone a couple of times since email was useless. Shipping out date is way slower than their already delayed estimate. In the end after waiting over a month they said they would request a cancellation for my order to the warehouse department.. My package never shipped from their warehouse and they finally removed the charge from my card. This was after being lied to over and over again about when my order would leave their warehouse. Consumers beware! I never could contact the warehouse which is in California, only their "office" on the east coast.

CACant get a hold of anyone Cant get a hold of anyone. I called numerous times and left a message emailed them once but no reply. I had to cancel my order as it's 15 business days and my purchased item wasn't even out of the confirmed stage. Sad cuz they used to be top notch.

GBThe drop shipper that ruined xmas Update: company is a drop shipping operation ran by a 22 year old with no real business background what so ever. Just like the reviews say, poor communication, finding out weeks later items are out of stock after you paid and have been expecting your package. This company does not have multiple warehouses they are just drop shippers. If I would have known that I would have NEVER gave you $700.. now I'm struggling to send all this back and get a refund as you screwed half my order up, didn't say anything until I finally got tired of waiting, and you now think I want a grow kit that's missing half the stuff? I'm a beginner I ordered the kit for a reason. Never ever ever again!
