Bad business practicesIf you order thing from this… If you order something from this company you better hope their supplier has it because they won’t. Taking over 2 months to receive a pre-order, so far. Multitude of excuses made using broken English. Beware!!!

Bad service, Wasted a month went elsewhere Customer service is non existent I had to reach out by phone a couple of times since email was useless. Shipping out date is way slower than their already delayed estimate. In the end after waiting over a month they said they would request a cancellation for my order to the warehouse department.. My package never shipped from their warehouse and they finally removed the charge from my card. This was after being lied to over and over again about when my order would leave their warehouse. Consumers beware! I never could contact the warehouse which is in California, only their "office" on the east coast.

I needed to swap out my tower fan to… I needed to swap out my tower fan to have more floor space in my tent. Growbuds fans were perfect. They easily clip right onto the tent poles and they have a decent amount of power (for my 4x4 tents) I did have to wrap a piece of tape around the pole right under the fan clip to keep it from slowly sliding down the pole. Other than that very small modification, I am very impressed with the fan. I ordered 3 of them
