If it wasn’t for the extended shipping… If it wasn’t for the extended shipping period, I would have given 5 stars. The customer service took a little longer than expected to return my email, but they definitely worked everything out in the end. The products I received were in great condition with no damages and packaged with care. My overall experience was good and I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

No scam here. Great products right on time. I read all the reviews here and was a bit skeptical so I reached out to Andrew at Wegrow, and voiced my concerns. He made sure my order was shipped out immediately upon receipt and I got my SF4000s about a week later. So far the gang at wegrowbuds has been true to their word, and I've had a great experience with them.

Awesome customer service that goes above and beyond expectations! I had placed a preorder for some fans that was unfortunately impacted by the supply chain issues every business has faced over the past year. The customer service agent kept me informed throughout the process and when it became clear that the fans order would not make it in time for my needs, they replaced the order with a comparable product that was listed for more money than my original order.
