GBLast name of Mutton you can be as rude as you choose... Wanted to talk to a salesperson that I previously has done business. That person has been let go from the business. That was disappointing. What really was frustrating was the arrogance of the person telling me that they were this person's replacement. This person has the last name Mutton. I mentioned I thought they were being significantly arrogant that they replaced the other person. The reply I received was "you asked, I told you!" Click. He hung up on me. I had considered doing a lot more business with them. Not too sure I want to do any business with them. Very disappointing. I guess I would have expected to hear, unfortunately he is no longer with us, how may I help you? I need to stop so my wife can go pick up the mowers we ordered from another business.

GBGreat Customer Service! My experience with Mutton Power was great, almost as good as Amazon. The JD accessory I ordered was missing parts and it was clearly a JD issue not MP. I called and told them what I had received and they corrected the issue in a timely manner without me having to contact them again. My experience with the JohnDeereStore.com was not nearly as helpful and I will not buy from them again. Mutton will be one of the first places I look when I need parts or accessories for my tractor or UTV.

GBRunning a nationwide company Running a nationwide company, this is the worst service department I have dealt with in my 20 years of experience. Dropping equipment off for warranty work, it has been taking an average of 2 weeks to get anything back. It is difficult to run a business with this kind of service. It is unfortunate this is the only John Deere dealer in the area.

GBGood Part/ Bad Shipping Easy to find the correct part compared to other sites. Competitive price. The only negative was the fact that my package was handed over to USPS for the last leg of the trip. This caused a delay in getting my needed part even though I paid extra for the 3-day delivery.
