GBRunning a nationwide company Running a nationwide company, this is the worst service department I have dealt with in my 20 years of experience. Dropping equipment off for warranty work, it has been taking an average of 2 weeks to get anything back. It is difficult to run a business with this kind of service. It is unfortunate this is the only John Deere dealer in the area.

GBThey sold me a part they didn’t even… They sold me a part they didn’t even have and apparently couldn’t get, charged me and waited days to tell me they wouldn’t be shipping it. I knew I should have bought through a retailer I’ve actually heard of and can trust. I would recommend buying elsewhere if you really need the part.

GBNo communication about delivery No communication about delivery. Transport folks called to make delivery as I was leaving town. Had to change delivery location, and choose one within a mile and closer to the transport agency but incurred an $80 fee for really no reason. Better communication would have and could have avoided this issue.

GBFrustrated customer: Frustrated customer: I ordered online 3/19/22 all items were correct except for the mower blades which were wrong I have been trying for weeks to get this corrected I called the phone number at the top of the website, and it responded busy call back after several attempts I sent an email to sales@ and got no response so I called one of the location numbers and a gut answered the phone and said the person that would handle that would be back in 20 minutes I asked if there was a way to do this by email and he said send to shipping@ which I have done twice with no response so this past Saturday and the guy said the person I need to talk to in not in and he transferred me to their extension and I left a message with my name and number as of today and no one has called so at this point I am done they can keep my $78.24 and know that this will be the last business I do with them they are quick to bill for the order but there communication process is horrible and customer service is no better.

GBLast name of Mutton you can be as rude as you choose... Wanted to talk to a salesperson that I previously has done business. That person has been let go from the business. That was disappointing. What really was frustrating was the arrogance of the person telling me that they were this person's replacement. This person has the last name Mutton. I mentioned I thought they were being significantly arrogant that they replaced the other person. The reply I received was "you asked, I told you!" Click. He hung up on me. I had considered doing a lot more business with them. Not too sure I want to do any business with them. Very disappointing. I guess I would have expected to hear, unfortunately he is no longer with us, how may I help you? I need to stop so my wife can go pick up the mowers we ordered from another business.
