I brought my snowblower in for a repair… I brought my snowblower in for a repair recently. The snowblower was originally purchased at the store. They repaired it I was able to use it for a very short time before breaking. Took it back and they tried to charge me A phenomenal amount of money more! They said that something must’ve gone wrong since the unit left the shop! We barely used the unit actually we used our son machine in conjunction with ours. so in essence we used our “repaired“ unit for approximately 30 minutes before it malfunctioned. I would never trust the store with repairs in the future!

Frustrated customer: Frustrated customer: I ordered online 3/19/22 all items were correct except for the mower blades which were wrong I have been trying for weeks to get this corrected I called the phone number at the top of the website, and it responded busy call back after several attempts I sent an email to sales@ and got no response so I called one of the location numbers and a gut answered the phone and said the person that would handle that would be back in 20 minutes I asked if there was a way to do this by email and he said send to shipping@ which I have done twice with no response so this past Saturday and the guy said the person I need to talk to in not in and he transferred me to their extension and I left a message with my name and number as of today and no one has called so at this point I am done they can keep my $78.24 and know that this will be the last business I do with them they are quick to bill for the order but there communication process is horrible and customer service is no better.

Good Part/ Bad Shipping Easy to find the correct part compared to other sites. Competitive price. The only negative was the fact that my package was handed over to USPS for the last leg of the trip. This caused a delay in getting my needed part even though I paid extra for the 3-day delivery.

This was a "Power Beyond" kit for a… This was a "Power Beyond" kit for a 4100 John Deere. The only problem was the mounting of the connection to the ROPS. I had to remove the system and drill a couple mounting holes. The attachment bracket with the kit would not work. Otherwise, the instructions were clear and I had not trouble installing the necessary elbows and stop plug. Everything went as instructed in the manual, with no leaks at the end.

Recommended for JD Parts. I will use again. Overall great experience. Would shop here again for my JD parts. Only issue I had, but not worth taking a star from, was the lack of enough notification about the part(s) that were on back order. I was not in a hurry. The order was held up waiting for one part. One suggestion would be offering another shipping option to get all the parts on hand shipped if the customer wanted to pay extra shipping for the back ordered part.
