GBNo communication about delivery No communication about delivery. Transport folks called to make delivery as I was leaving town. Had to change delivery location, and choose one within a mile and closer to the transport agency but incurred an $80 fee for really no reason. Better communication would have and could have avoided this issue.

GBThey sold me a part they didn’t even… They sold me a part they didn’t even have and apparently couldn’t get, charged me and waited days to tell me they wouldn’t be shipping it. I knew I should have bought through a retailer I’ve actually heard of and can trust. I would recommend buying elsewhere if you really need the part.

GBRecommended for JD Parts. I will use again. Overall great experience. Would shop here again for my JD parts. Only issue I had, but not worth taking a star from, was the lack of enough notification about the part(s) that were on back order. I was not in a hurry. The order was held up waiting for one part. One suggestion would be offering another shipping option to get all the parts on hand shipped if the customer wanted to pay extra shipping for the back ordered part.

GBMutton Covid-19 Practice Mutton puts a Covid-19 warning on its web site. Yet, when I went there this morning to drop off my mower for service, I and another customer were the only ones wearing masks. I wear a mask to protect others. When merchants don’t, it’s as if they were giving me the finger. Shows complete disrespect for their customers.

GBGood Part/ Bad Shipping Easy to find the correct part compared to other sites. Competitive price. The only negative was the fact that my package was handed over to USPS for the last leg of the trip. This caused a delay in getting my needed part even though I paid extra for the 3-day delivery.
