USFrustrated customer: Frustrated customer: I ordered online 3/19/22 all items were correct except for the mower blades which were wrong I have been trying for weeks to get this corrected I called the phone number at the top of the website, and it responded busy call back after several attempts I sent an email to sales@ and got no response so I called one of the location numbers and a gut answered the phone and said the person that would handle that would be back in 20 minutes I asked if there was a way to do this by email and he said send to shipping@ which I have done twice with no response so this past Saturday and the guy said the person I need to talk to in not in and he transferred me to their extension and I left a message with my name and number as of today and no one has called so at this point I am done they can keep my $78.24 and know that this will be the last business I do with them they are quick to bill for the order but there communication process is horrible and customer service is no better.

USVery disappointed Very disappointed. Bought a new self-propelled Toro there about 3 summers ago and have had nothing but trouble. I fixed it 4 times and had it in the shop 5 times. The mower has a terrible design of a steel gear turning a plastic gear for the self-propel system. They would always fix it but charge me every time over $100. Finally took it in yesterday to trade and they would only give me $50 for the mower I bought for $350 and spent over $400 in repairs. I felt they had no loyalty to the customer and wouldn't stand behind a poor product. Mark

USGreat Customer Service! My experience with Mutton Power was great, almost as good as Amazon. The JD accessory I ordered was missing parts and it was clearly a JD issue not MP. I called and told them what I had received and they corrected the issue in a timely manner without me having to contact them again. My experience with the JohnDeereStore.com was not nearly as helpful and I will not buy from them again. Mutton will be one of the first places I look when I need parts or accessories for my tractor or UTV.

USMutton Covid-19 Practice Mutton puts a Covid-19 warning on its web site. Yet, when I went there this morning to drop off my mower for service, I and another customer were the only ones wearing masks. I wear a mask to protect others. When merchants don’t, it’s as if they were giving me the finger. Shows complete disrespect for their customers.

USLast name of Mutton you can be as rude as you choose... Wanted to talk to a salesperson that I previously has done business. That person has been let go from the business. That was disappointing. What really was frustrating was the arrogance of the person telling me that they were this person's replacement. This person has the last name Mutton. I mentioned I thought they were being significantly arrogant that they replaced the other person. The reply I received was "you asked, I told you!" Click. He hung up on me. I had considered doing a lot more business with them. Not too sure I want to do any business with them. Very disappointing. I guess I would have expected to hear, unfortunately he is no longer with us, how may I help you? I need to stop so my wife can go pick up the mowers we ordered from another business.
