Best price out there and came quickly Best price out there and came quickly. I was worried about the pizza stone being broken on delivery (I have heard stories) but that was not the case. Well protected and was exactly what we were hoping for.

BBQ cover not received I still have not received order. I get notices it was shipped - nothing arrives - customer service checks and was not shipped. Something wrong with inventory mgmt system. Customer service people very helpful though.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. No returned phone calls. No e-mail response. They sent me the wrong item. Spent weeks trying to fix. They even sent me a message saying they would charge me a restocking fee. Would never use them again. I think this company is a scam. Beware.
