GBBUYER BEWARE - do not use this company, please read!!! If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Horrible customer service, poor communication with the customer and spent several weeks coordinating white glove delivery and assembly service at the cost of $336 for a surprise birthday gift for my husband. They took my money and when the delivery finally showed up 2 days late, the freight company had no knowledge of the additional installation service that was requested and paid for. They dropped off a 300lb grill at the edge of my driveway and we were left to just figure it out. Called and the supervisor conveniently wasn’t available to speak with me directly. Please do not use this company, they lie and are scammers.

GBIt was fast customer service and faster… It was fast customer service and faster shipping compared to other companies when I order parts or more grills! Customer service great too! They helped me right away to when I order 2 grills by accident and they did everything to help make sure my order fixed.

GBBuyer Beware You sent me the wrong product and refused to correct it. Customer service was insulting and pretended to not understand the problem. You are defrauding customers by advertising and selling products you do not deliver. BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM GRILLS MART!!! Many other companies sell these products. 2/23/23 I just read the manufacturer's response to my review and it is A COMPLETE LIE. Apparently this company intends to continue to deceive. I would be happy to publish my email correspondence with the company and provide photos of what was ordered and received. After I published my review I received an email from their customer service representative (Jessica) offering to actually send me the correct product I ordered if I take down my negative review. I wonder how many other customers they have tried to manipulate this way. I think the public deserves the truth about GrillsMart.
