GBBuyer Beware You sent me the wrong product and refused to correct it. Customer service was insulting and pretended to not understand the problem. You are defrauding customers by advertising and selling products you do not deliver. BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM GRILLS MART!!! Many other companies sell these products. 2/23/23 I just read the manufacturer's response to my review and it is A COMPLETE LIE. Apparently this company intends to continue to deceive. I would be happy to publish my email correspondence with the company and provide photos of what was ordered and received. After I published my review I received an email from their customer service representative (Jessica) offering to actually send me the correct product I ordered if I take down my negative review. I wonder how many other customers they have tried to manipulate this way. I think the public deserves the truth about GrillsMart.

GBThe seller shipped the wrong product The seller shipped the wrong product. It took a few days to fix issue and for seller to issue credit. Although credit was issued, I’m still waiting for a return label to send the wrong item back.

GBI was able to find the part needed I was able to find the part needed, and installed it. It was not hard, but unfortunately I have never done this before and will have to order another part.
