GBBuyer Beware You sent me the wrong product and refused to correct it. Customer service was insulting and pretended to not understand the problem. You are defrauding customers by advertising and selling products you do not deliver. BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM GRILLS MART!!! Many other companies sell these products. 2/23/23 I just read the manufacturer's response to my review and it is A COMPLETE LIE. Apparently this company intends to continue to deceive. I would be happy to publish my email correspondence with the company and provide photos of what was ordered and received. After I published my review I received an email from their customer service representative (Jessica) offering to actually send me the correct product I ordered if I take down my negative review. I wonder how many other customers they have tried to manipulate this way. I think the public deserves the truth about GrillsMart.

GBAwesome grated/flat grill combo ability. Great customer service. I was unable to enter coupon code and they assisted with applying coupon after purchase. Shipped quickly and it is a great grill. Very versatile with skillet insert. With high cover convection cooking of standing roasts and whole poultry is a breeze. Use mine for camping. Stores easily.

GBBBQ cover not received I still have not received order. I get notices it was shipped - nothing arrives - customer service checks and was not shipped. Something wrong with inventory mgmt system. Customer service people very helpful though.
