GBIf no stars was a choice i would have selected it. Terrible place to d business with. I placed an online order on a Saturday for same day delivery. When it was not delivered I called on Sunday. I was told I had ordered to late and it would be delivered on Sunday. No delivery on Sunday either. So now it's Monday, still no deliver. I was assured it would be delivered today(Tuesday). 1:30 pm still no delivery, placed a call to customer service and was again told it was taken care of and my order would be delivered today. At 6:30 pm still no delivery, I called customer service yet again and was finally told my order had been cancelled due to the address being out of delivery range even though the website has you enter the delivery zip code to determine if delivery is possible. I was given a refund but that does not make up for the terrible customer service and the fact that my grandmother who lives hours from me did not receive her birthday gift. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

GBFDE for my wife the arrangement that I ordered and had delivered to my wife was absolutely gorgeous. I spoke to a customer service representative on the phone before and after placing my order and she was very helpful with helping me make a decision as well as ensuring that the details of my order were accurate. She also assured me the arrangement would be a great gift - and she was right! My wife loved them. Great service and incredible style!

GBVERY DISAPPOINTED I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mothers Day a few years ago, her flowers were delivered but vase was broken, flowers were dead, and no note. She had no idea who sent them, and in the process cut her hand opening the box due to broken glass!!! I called told my complaint they said they would resend and never did. Now I get emails with so much off order to order, yeah right, I just delete them. I will never use again!!!!!

GBStill haven't received the order ... Worst customer service ever. The customer service department reads from a script and has no real answers, you can hear a bunch of background noise when speaking to them on the phone, not sure they even can hear me. Then they tell me it is either our for delivery or has been delivered and I am calling to say it hasn't been delivered. When I emailed customer service they send me a rebate of 50 so I can reorder???, that will never happen. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

CADisaster and disappointment Unreliable and disappointing. Paid over a $100 for 3 stems of twisted damaged lilies of indeterminate color shoved into a jam jar and an expired box of chocolates. Paid for greeting card. No card was received. Order was a day late and left out in the cold. The "arrangement", if you can call three stems of lilies an arrangement, did not resemble the ordered flowers in any shape or form. They also looked like they were pulled from the trash, torn and yellowed. So unbelievably dishonest. Do not order flowers from this company under any circumstances. Instead, find a well reviewed florist near the recipient and call or email the florist directly.
