GBFDE for my wife the arrangement that I ordered and had delivered to my wife was absolutely gorgeous. I spoke to a customer service representative on the phone before and after placing my order and she was very helpful with helping me make a decision as well as ensuring that the details of my order were accurate. She also assured me the arrangement would be a great gift - and she was right! My wife loved them. Great service and incredible style!

GBHorrible Value The flowers were delivered the day AFTER Mother's Day. I wouldn't be so upset, but the bouquet that arrived were 12 tulips sticking out of a vase. For $126 (after free shipping and "$40 off coupon"). They looked nothing like the picture online, and the description on the website never mentioned the low number of flowers. This is an unacceptable charge for the product received. Well noted.

GBVERY DISAPPOINTED I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mothers Day a few years ago, her flowers were delivered but vase was broken, flowers were dead, and no note. She had no idea who sent them, and in the process cut her hand opening the box due to broken glass!!! I called told my complaint they said they would resend and never did. Now I get emails with so much off order to order, yeah right, I just delete them. I will never use again!!!!!

GBIf you can get someone on the phone they're great! I'll admit, I was wary at first. I had found out late on a Friday afternoon that is was my bosses birthday so I tried to scramble a last minute flower delivery for her, which after placing the order I was sure would not make it. Then I found out the was going out of town for the rest of the week and was leaving imminently. The flowers seemed pretty moot at that point so I decided to cancel the order, which was a process. I had to call the customer service line 4 times and sit on hold for 30 minutes before I actually got a chance to speak to someone. The woman I spoke to was vary kind but and was determined to do everything in her power to make sure the order got to my boss but unfortunately it just wasn't going to happen. I would honestly have given a lower rating if it wasn't for the customer service provided by the woman I spoke with.

CADisaster and disappointment Unreliable and disappointing. Paid over a $100 for 3 stems of twisted damaged lilies of indeterminate color shoved into a jam jar and an expired box of chocolates. Paid for greeting card. No card was received. Order was a day late and left out in the cold. The "arrangement", if you can call three stems of lilies an arrangement, did not resemble the ordered flowers in any shape or form. They also looked like they were pulled from the trash, torn and yellowed. So unbelievably dishonest. Do not order flowers from this company under any circumstances. Instead, find a well reviewed florist near the recipient and call or email the florist directly.
