USIf no stars was a choice i would have selected it. Terrible place to d business with. I placed an online order on a Saturday for same day delivery. When it was not delivered I called on Sunday. I was told I had ordered to late and it would be delivered on Sunday. No delivery on Sunday either. So now it's Monday, still no deliver. I was assured it would be delivered today(Tuesday). 1:30 pm still no delivery, placed a call to customer service and was again told it was taken care of and my order would be delivered today. At 6:30 pm still no delivery, I called customer service yet again and was finally told my order had been cancelled due to the address being out of delivery range even though the website has you enter the delivery zip code to determine if delivery is possible. I was given a refund but that does not make up for the terrible customer service and the fact that my grandmother who lives hours from me did not receive her birthday gift. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

USIf you can get someone on the phone they're great! I'll admit, I was wary at first. I had found out late on a Friday afternoon that is was my bosses birthday so I tried to scramble a last minute flower delivery for her, which after placing the order I was sure would not make it. Then I found out the was going out of town for the rest of the week and was leaving imminently. The flowers seemed pretty moot at that point so I decided to cancel the order, which was a process. I had to call the customer service line 4 times and sit on hold for 30 minutes before I actually got a chance to speak to someone. The woman I spoke to was vary kind but and was determined to do everything in her power to make sure the order got to my boss but unfortunately it just wasn't going to happen. I would honestly have given a lower rating if it wasn't for the customer service provided by the woman I spoke with.

USFlower delivery The flowers were delivered on the same day, but arrived in the evening due to delivery truck breakdown. Was impressed by delivery guy as he called twice to let me know about things.

USVERY DISAPPOINTED I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mothers Day a few years ago, her flowers were delivered but vase was broken, flowers were dead, and no note. She had no idea who sent them, and in the process cut her hand opening the box due to broken glass!!! I called told my complaint they said they would resend and never did. Now I get emails with so much off order to order, yeah right, I just delete them. I will never use again!!!!!

USI was scamed Hello back in may I placed a order for a 40 b-day flowers and paid over 53 bucks for them on my credit card I called many times just got run around many times I put in over 5 hours of my time to get what I paid for still no flowers it's a big f.....scam I work very hard for my money don't ever ever buy from these scam people
