More than flowers Flower Delivery Services always seems to deliver - and even more than just flowers! Flower Delivery Services also has a number of other gift options - my favorite being the container of mixed nuts. This gift is not only super delicious but it’s great for any man or woman. Poor product, falsely advertised, shady company Discounts are offered only to later tack on additional unjustified charges. They promise satisfaction guaranteed, but that's only if you complain on delivery! How could my girlfriend complaining upon receiving a dozen roses. Like that's going to happen! They came in a box, not a vase as shown in the ad for my price selection. The leaves were wilting one day later. We were both extremely disappointed! They scam you with additional costs and misleading advertising. Never again! Stay away!

SCAM my son ordered flowers for his girlfriends birthday. They go to school together and are home for summer break. He was excited to get to surprise her with flowers and chocolates. Not only were there a ton of hidden fees but nothing has ever been delivered. Flower Delivery Express was super quick and efficient in charging my card!

Still haven't received the order ... Worst customer service ever. The customer service department reads from a script and has no real answers, you can hear a bunch of background noise when speaking to them on the phone, not sure they even can hear me. Then they tell me it is either our for delivery or has been delivered and I am calling to say it hasn't been delivered. When I emailed customer service they send me a rebate of 50 so I can reorder???, that will never happen. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Work of Art Absolutely beautiful. The color of these roses was like nothing I have ever seen. The picture looked like they were black, but when we received them, the coloring was actually a dark crimson with a hint of blue on the edges. Wow - is all I can say. What a unique, beautiful, and even artistic arrangement. I don’t think a local florist could have done better. Flower Delivery Services truly know GORGEOUS.
