GBScam! Don’t make the same mistake I did! If I had the option I would leave no stars! They say they have the best customer service probably because it’s just one person behind that computer screen scamming people out of their money, I ordered an outdoor grill December 21 2021, we are now going into April 2022 almost and I have never once received tracking information or when to expect it, I kept getting responses like oh we’ll have tracking information in 2 days those 2 days went by and received nothing they never pick up the phone so they send a text saying someone will call you back and no one does, they’ll respond to chats on the website but can never answer a call. So upsetting this “company” doesn’t know how to really give good customer service but of course then again their quick with taking your money but never get your order to you

GBBest online retail transaction in years! Outdoor Kitchen Connection is the best online retailer I have used in years. Heck the service was so good it was like I was dealing with an old friend not just an online store. The answered questions I had right away via email, text and even a phone call. I can’t say enough about my experience purchasing BBQ grill equipment from them and would be willing to place my outdoor purchases through them. Their pricing was reasonable, the delivery was prompt and they kept I touch with me the entire process. With so many websites you are just an order number but this was the personalized service that has been missing. GDVery unethical We were excited to find a replacement for our outside fridge for our lanai however we have orders this over a month and a half ago have have no updates or shipping info from the company.
