GBI was disappointed but its getting better As of 8/18 AM I was disappointed. I was feeling as though I just was pushed aside. I have tried messaging on 8/10, 8/12, tried email 8/13 and again this morning after placing order in July. Since this morning, I spoke with the owner and feel confident my issues will be resolved. These are unusual times and there should be some give as a result on both sides. I appreciate the time and attention to my concerns and feel they will/are being addressed.

GBWe ordered 8-6' tall door gates for our… We ordered 8-6' tall door gates for our commercial steel building on 9/19/23. Matt told us will be ready in two weeks, He showed us the type of gate latch and J-bolts we would get so we approved it. The order wasn't ready in two weeks and Matt called to add another week. This was disappointing as we already planned installation and then had to cancel it. We went to pick up our order on 10/11/23. The gates were loaded and Matt showed us some other latch they fabricated and different J-bolts. We also noticed in in better light that the tubes were spray painted with a can, had runs all over, weld smoke hadn't been cleaned off, the tube joints didn't match and had large gaps, areas on the tubes had no paint, so he gives us a spray can saying we could paint them. It all had scuff marks making them look used and re-worked. Matt offered a return and refund before we left and I said we'll think it over. We then left for home. FYI there is no quality here, very amateurish work. Furthermore, we were shown parts we were ordering and getting, but what we got was something different and so badly made that they couldn't be used. 10/11/23, I called and texted Matt pictures of our concerns and today he told us that he would issue a refund of those parts and send us the correct flip-locking latches we were suppose to get via overnight. We had to postpone leaving on vacation just to see if they actually arrive tomorrow. We will give an update of that experience.

GBI searched and researched 3 rail vinyl… I searched and researched 3 rail vinyl fencing for a month before picking fence supply online. I reached out to 3 companies and got pricing. They were not the cheapest, but they helped with the order, making sure I had everything i needed for the project, and suggested tools to make construction easier. Once the fencing got here it was so well made, easy to work with (for fencing) I am thrilled with the quality of the fencing. The only "issue" we had was delivery took longer than expected. When I reached out to the company they replied quickly and provided updates when I requested them

GBgreat customer service Made an incorrect order which was easily returned and processed quickly. With the help of the gentleman in the lighting department the correct order was made and shipped fast! Thanks for your help, will be a return customer in the future for sure.

GBOrdered May 18th with 3-4 week delivery… Ordered May 18th with 3-4 week delivery date from Susan. July 14th still no fence . After calling and emailing I was told it would arrive today. No fence arrived . Also no call.. no email .. no communication . Is this a real company ? 7-29 I would like to update my previous posting. The products arrived well packaged and are very sturdy and of high-quality. I’m quite happy with the quality of the fencing material. I understand that Covid may have impacted the shipping schedule and going forward I would only ask for some communication with delays . Susan was helpful and cooperative .
