I spoke with Rich, who was the first person to understand what I was trying to do, researched the answer and promptly got back to me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Items I ordered beautiful. First product was not advertised… First product was not advertised correctly and would not fit. Company, however, reimbursed me for these when I sent back. The new ones were received from the company very quickly. So all though the average is a 3, the company did make amends, and I did ultimately get the right product.

Ordered May 18th with 3-4 week delivery… Ordered May 18th with 3-4 week delivery date from Susan. July 14th still no fence . After calling and emailing I was told it would arrive today. No fence arrived . Also no call.. no email .. no communication . Is this a real company ? 7-29 I would like to update my previous posting. The products arrived well packaged and are very sturdy and of high-quality. I’m quite happy with the quality of the fencing material. I understand that Covid may have impacted the shipping schedule and going forward I would only ask for some communication with delays . Susan was helpful and cooperative .
