GBWill Take Your Money But Not Provide Goods Ordered in early December 2021. Was advised it would be 6-8 weeks for 'Will-Call' pickup since I would he picking up. After not receiving notification in allotted time, I tried to contact several times over course of three months. Never received a response. Finally found a way to reach owner. He blamed sick staff (Covid), ongoing website issues, phone system messed up, email down, etc. and promised to contact me the following day and confirm refund. He never called. After that, his mailbox was full. The business website menu didn't work and all mailboxes were full...hmmm. They took my pre-payment in Dec 2021 with no technical issues. They even sent a marketing email to buy fence material through them even though I had just purchased. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I had to have my credit card company conduct a fraud investigation to refund my money. If CapitalOne deems it fraud, that's not good. BBB gives an 'F' rating. Their website is still up and, apparently, taking orders. I urge others who have been charged and misled to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office and with the BBB.

GBThis guy stole $17,662.04 from me This guy stole $17,662.04 from me. He never ordered my fence and I finally went through the actual production plant and purchased my fence. Still do not have ANY of the $17,662.94 that he needed as a down payment for the Fence purchase. Obtained a final judgment December 6, 2022.

GBI sent an email after receiving only… I sent an email after receiving only two individual caps of two boxes I ordered and paid for, but I never heard back from anyone on the issue until this survey. Please let me know when I can expect to receive the remaining ten caps.

GBGREAT PRICE & FAST SERVICE Purchased vinyl fence post caps. Extremely fast service. Price was right and even though shipping cost was somewhat high, overall purchase price and quick delivery was still easier and less expensive than buying the caps through a Big Box store.

GBFirst product was not advertised… First product was not advertised correctly and would not fit. Company, however, reimbursed me for these when I sent back. The new ones were received from the company very quickly. So all though the average is a 3, the company did make amends, and I did ultimately get the right product.
