BEWARE BEWARE: This is a dishonest vendor. They will Lie, Cheat and Steal. Apparently they are running a Ponzi scheme and I ended up at the bottom of their pyramid and out $8,000. I will be pursuing this through legal channels to hopefully end his run of victims. You have been warned.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! This business is a total scam. Took money from my small business and disappeared. Lots of excuses. All they have is excuses and no material. They will take your money and you’ll only be delivered lies. It only takes a little digging to see their more recent reviews show the true nature of this business. They blame customers, COVID, every and any natural disasters. They’d blame God if they could. The one thing they don’t deliver is goods. They will not give you your money back and tell you tough luck go tell your bank! Richard Fish the owner is nothing but a scam artist and a fraudster!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Ordered 6x6 fence caps (32) and… Ordered 6x6 fence caps (32) and received confirmation number. Was told I would be notified of shipment and tracking number. 12 days went by an nothing! Called and spoke to Richard and explained that to him and his response was, don't go there cowboy and he would hit the refund button. I promptly told him to Absolutely do that and my name was not cowboy! What kind of customer service is this? They NEVER stated it would be 3 or4 weeks when I ordered it. I can't believe this company is still on in business. Buyers beware! Go to solar caps direct.com for real customer satisfaction.

They've had my money from 5 months- no satisfaction. I placed a $1K+ order in August 2020, and my card was promptly charged. Five months later, I have not received the product I paid for. I have left MANY, MANY voice messages requesting a call back. Crickets. No one ever answers the phone, and no one has ever returned a call. I understand that the pandemic is causing delays in many industries, and I can make allowances for that, up to a point, if there is at least communication, but this silence for so long is totally unacceptable. I would suspect that the business had closed entirely, but the website is still up, and the phone system still answers and directs me to voice mail. I'm going to have to take more drastic measures immediately. Obviously, I cannot recommend this company. As far as I can tell, they have simply stolen my money.

I was disappointed but its getting better As of 8/18 AM I was disappointed. I was feeling as though I just was pushed aside. I have tried messaging on 8/10, 8/12, tried email 8/13 and again this morning after placing order in July. Since this morning, I spoke with the owner and feel confident my issues will be resolved. These are unusual times and there should be some give as a result on both sides. I appreciate the time and attention to my concerns and feel they will/are being addressed.
