Ordered May 18th with 3-4 week delivery… Ordered May 18th with 3-4 week delivery date from Susan. July 14th still no fence . After calling and emailing I was told it would arrive today. No fence arrived . Also no call.. no email .. no communication . Is this a real company ? 7-29 I would like to update my previous posting. The products arrived well packaged and are very sturdy and of high-quality. I’m quite happy with the quality of the fencing material. I understand that Covid may have impacted the shipping schedule and going forward I would only ask for some communication with delays . Susan was helpful and cooperative .

I sent an email after receiving only… I sent an email after receiving only two individual caps of two boxes I ordered and paid for, but I never heard back from anyone on the issue until this survey. Please let me know when I can expect to receive the remaining ten caps.

BEWARE BEWARE: This is a dishonest vendor. They will Lie, Cheat and Steal. Apparently they are running a Ponzi scheme and I ended up at the bottom of their pyramid and out $8,000. I will be pursuing this through legal channels to hopefully end his run of victims. You have been warned.

I searched and researched 3 rail vinyl… I searched and researched 3 rail vinyl fencing for a month before picking fence supply online. I reached out to 3 companies and got pricing. They were not the cheapest, but they helped with the order, making sure I had everything i needed for the project, and suggested tools to make construction easier. Once the fencing got here it was so well made, easy to work with (for fencing) I am thrilled with the quality of the fencing. The only "issue" we had was delivery took longer than expected. When I reached out to the company they replied quickly and provided updates when I requested them

Will Take Your Money But Not Provide Goods Ordered in early December 2021. Was advised it would be 6-8 weeks for 'Will-Call' pickup since I would he picking up. After not receiving notification in allotted time, I tried to contact several times over course of three months. Never received a response. Finally found a way to reach owner. He blamed sick staff (Covid), ongoing website issues, phone system messed up, email down, etc. and promised to contact me the following day and confirm refund. He never called. After that, his mailbox was full. The business website menu didn't work and all mailboxes were full...hmmm. They took my pre-payment in Dec 2021 with no technical issues. They even sent a marketing email to buy fence material through them even though I had just purchased. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I had to have my credit card company conduct a fraud investigation to refund my money. If CapitalOne deems it fraud, that's not good. BBB gives an 'F' rating. Their website is still up and, apparently, taking orders. I urge others who have been charged and misled to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office and with the BBB.
