I experienced the worst customer… I experienced the worst customer service and order I have ever experienced with a vendor this spring. Mary Jennifer Johnson did nothing to correct Park Seed's mistake, was extremely rude to me on the phone, in email and in voicemails, repeatedly called me a "sir", even though I am a female. We didn't even get an apology for her not being able to fix the mistake or refund us the money that was due back to us. Will not be ordering from you again. Terrible business practice. Unacceptable.

Buyer beware! Horrible customer service! They make promises, quickly charge your credit card and then come up with all kids of reasons why they can't deliver. I've been told that certain items on my order are on back order for weeks and they can't send out a partial order.I also received an email stating certain items (which I didn't even order) are holding up shipment. Total RIP off!

I will never again do business with PARK SEED! I will never do business with this company again! They advertised a pack of 3 bareroot milkweed plants, which I ordered months ago, and I ended up receiving only one plant. No communication about it, nothing. It took 2 emails to customer service for them to finally respond, and when they did the answer was "sorry, they're sold out so here's a partial refund". This has happened to me before with this company, which I chalked up to an honest mistake, but enough. No more business with Park Seed - BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered Magellan Zinnia seeds I ordered Magellan Zinnia seeds in three colors -- red, yellow and ivory. I love these dwarf zinnias and am happy with my order. The only reason for a less than 5-star rating is because I had a lesser germination rate with the yellow seeds, although still good. But I also felt the yellow did not flower near as well as the other two colors, not as robust or plentiful. Overall still pleased with the order, and my neighbors were in awe of my beautiful display.

I placed an order with Park Seed on… I placed an order with Park Seed on April 3rd for 4-100 3” Jiffy pots for a total of 400 pots. Total came to about $62.97 including $13.00 in shipping. Today I received an email saying my package was delivered “at front door” in Brooklyn, NY via UPS. I live in Oregon. So I’ve tried calling the company many times and no one answers the phone. I’ve emailed and no response. I’ve now submitted a fraud complaint with my bank and I’ll also submit a complaint with the FBI IC3 department for internet crime complaint. It’s ridiculous how many businesses are running scam internet sites
