GBBad seed quality & selectively publishing reviews I ordered different seeds from them and the overall germination rate was very poor. The worst ones were the super sugar snap peas: out of 30+ seeds planted, roughly 80% ended up rotting. The ones that ended up germinating looked weakly and eventually died off. In contrast, I also bought snap seeds from two other companies and the germination rate was 100% & speedy. This means that the issue was with the seeds specifically ordered from Park Seeds. I submitted a review on their website and I'm more than certain they will not be posting it publicly. I only see 5-star reviews for all their products, with several years apart.

GBI placed an order with Park Seed on… I placed an order with Park Seed on April 3rd for 4-100 3” Jiffy pots for a total of 400 pots. Total came to about $62.97 including $13.00 in shipping. Today I received an email saying my package was delivered “at front door” in Brooklyn, NY via UPS. I live in Oregon. So I’ve tried calling the company many times and no one answers the phone. I’ve emailed and no response. I’ve now submitted a fraud complaint with my bank and I’ll also submit a complaint with the FBI IC3 department for internet crime complaint. It’s ridiculous how many businesses are running scam internet sites

GBTerrible germination rate. I am an experienced gardener. I have a greenhouse and start almost everything from seed every year. I bought many different vegetable and herbs seeds from Parks this year. The germination was horrible. Some packs did not germinate at all. Seriously 0% germination. Others had a germination rate of 20% - 50%. I planted some year old banana pepper seeds from a different company and had near 100% germination. That same day I planted a pack of new Parks bell pepper seeds and only one seed germinated. There is no date on the seed packets. The horrible germination causes me to suspect that I received old seeds.

GBWish I had seen all these negative reviews before ordering Delivery is sloooooow! Is order being subtracted out for bids? Who knows how long delivery time itself will be. "Packaging time" needed to put together 10 packs of seed prior to shipping is terrible. Order a year ahead if plan to have in time for planting season. Forget all those 15% off promotions and $2.99 shipping enticements. Not worth it. They do not respond to inquiries either. No idea about germination since I'm still waiting for delivery.

GBBuyer beware! Horrible customer service! They make promises, quickly charge your credit card and then come up with all kids of reasons why they can't deliver. I've been told that certain items on my order are on back order for weeks and they can't send out a partial order.I also received an email stating certain items (which I didn't even order) are holding up shipment. Total RIP off!
