11 days, order still hasn't shipped I ordered a seed starting kit and mix from Gardeners Supply Co. After 11 days, the order still hasn't shipped. When I called customer service, there was a 23-minute wait to speak with a rep. (!) I sent an email instead and am waiting to hear back. Unacceptable, will never order from them again.

Good purchase! My aunt's apartment windows face north, into a green belt, so NO sun for her green stuff; she'd ordered a grow-lamp but found it too wimpy (a three-legged foldout base) and it tended to spark when she unplugged the in-cord connector. I'd bought a grow-light for myself years ago, and was able to find a similar one on your site: heavy base, single tall pole, and gooseneck top for adjusting light direction. It arrived quickly and - when I delivered it to my aunt's place - we found it easy to assemble; the cleaner lines are much nicer-looking than her first one, and the light color much more pleasing (not blinding!). I'm sure it will give her plants just what they need; already they're looking more perky. Thanks for a quality product!

Should have come here first! I had spent a lot of time searching online for a special cover for new cacti I'm trying to grow in zone 7. I had been using a laundry basket and it look ridiculous but I couldn't find anything else. Then, it occurred to me to check Gardeners supply and I immediately found exactly what I was looking for. The price was fair and the measurements were perfect. It is exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Order placed 3 weeks ago still has not even shipped I placed an on-line order on March 31 and am having the same issue. Nothing has been shipped! They have debited my financial account several times but have not given me any shipping date. I gave up trying to get through to customer service. Whatever is going on with this company is resulting in no customer service and at this point, appears to be theft. I’m filing a complaint with the Vermont Attorney General’s office.

Not a good fit Ordered self watering reservoirs. Not as sturdy as i anticipated. Returned it at buyers expense. Which cost me an additional $37.00. It would be great if you could get a contracted standard rate for returns. At this point I won’t place another order unless I’m sure I’ll keep the product. Heart breaking since I love your stuff.
