GBWeb site was very intuitive for parts…Dr Z Sez Web site was very intuitive for parts selection and ordering process. I received the replacement parts in five days and was able to repair my built in grill quickly with no headaches thanks to American Outdoor Grill Shop.

GBsolid grill solid grill, not too happy re: ignition feature, no battery but it works ,takes a long time to heat up over 800, maybe i'm just too old school. easy to set up. rear burner excellent, side burner, don't use it that much but is fine. needed to call company once, i don't know why, talked to a very nice person helped me and gave some tips, good conversation. so customer support should be better than average. expensive but worth it. it would be nice if they were to supply a "recipe, tips" brochure. highly recommend aog.
