GBI did business with this company to… I did business with this company to purchase a replacement manifold for my grill. The first manifold arrived but it was the wrong part. I had several emails to correct, they acknowledged that they sent me the incorrect one and sent a replacement.... which unfortunately was the same incorrect part. I sent an email and for weeks they never responded.... I also called and emailed officers of the company... with no response. Finally, I noticed they were an Amazon seller and filed a complaint.... and the correct part came in a week....interestingly with never a response.

GBI have a built-in 30" natural gas… I have a built-in 30" natural gas grill. The battery operated igniters have worked very poorly from day one, the knobs have been loose from day one. I find that this grill has numerous hot and cold spots, and it doesn't provide even heat at all.
