Very poor delivery time & missing item Very poor delivery time. Placed an order for AOG grill replacement parts on 9/17/20. Finally received the shipment on 10/30/20. Worst part is I only received 1 of the 2 parts that I ordered but according to their website both items were shipped in the same box. Now I will have to hassle with them for refund for missing item.

the only thing you should change is the… the only thing you should change is the option to order the frill with a flexible connection for the propane source other than a canister. I have been unable to use my grill because I have to have a different hose to connect to my house bib.

Initial quality is good but .... Initial quality is good but one of the spark generators failed in the second season of use and when I opted to replace both generators this spring I discovered a poorly done “ factory repair” on one of the unit’s generator plugs. This plug came apart when simply unplugging unit. Combined with no extra slack for ignition wires, it makes correction of issues a real pain. Not happy having to spend additional time and money correcting an issue that should not have been my problem in the first place.
