USDon't use them ever I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my mother, to be delivered in the day of the memorial for her husband of 65 years. I paid extra for early morning delivery. At 906am the day of the reported delivery they email me to tell me to make a substitute choice, while I was traveling. They had my phone number, and didn't call? Terrible. So mom got nothing. I'm heart broken

USRIP-OFF.!!! RIP-OFF.!!!. BEWARE. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, NEITHER DID THEY PROVIDE THE MERCHANDISE THAT WAS DISPLAYED ON THE ORDER. Expect to receive a stripped down version of flower numbers. They literally had single flowers instead of multiple. They are criminals !

USI did not receive the flower display I… I did not receive the flower display I paid for; also paid for early delivery and it did not arrive till 5:30 in the evening. I will never use this company again.

USYou cannot count on them to deliver as promised I ordered flowers for a funeral for a very close friend through echovita on two occasions... aug of 2023 and feb 11. IN both cases, the flowers were never delivered. When I contacted Echovita, they said they are just a website and it was Blooms Today who did not deliver as promised. When a good friend loses a family member, we send flowers to share our love and let them know we care. It is totally unacceptable to NOT deliver after an order is confirmed even once, but for Blooms today to do that TWICE within 7 months is inexcusable

USHow can they operate? I don't understand how is this company operating, no tracking, no way to confirm delivery and they claim to have live support but they don't. You spend the money for a service they advertise but they don't deliver? I filled a claim through Paypal.
