GBLovely Flowers - Wrong Style & Late but still Lovely <3 I placed an order for next-day delivery, the day before thanksgiving. That being said, I was not totally surprised when the delivery arrived at 8pm. However, given the short notice and busy holiday, I’m just grateful that they were able to complete the delivery. I took off one star because the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. However, it was a large lovely bouquet all the same. If you’re not very particular, or you don’t place last minute orders before a holiday, I think you’ll have a great experience with Blooms Today.

CATerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Read the fine print. I requested white wine for my mothers, mother day gift, because she hates red wine, however, red wine was delivered. I called customer service, they told me to ask my mom to take a picture of the wine, only to tell me, I acknowledged the need to substitute if required when I agreed to terms. Messed up. GBI purchased a coupon from Groupon I purchased a coupon from Groupon. Send to my daughter for her birthday. When ordering, I was told that the lower priced item that I wanted to buy was not deliverable to her zip code. So I ordered the next highest arrangement (without my coupon it would have been $95. When delivered, it was a small arrangement and certainly not $95. In the end, I paid for the coupon of $50 and then an additional $47. This is a complete ripoff! I could have gone to the local florist and gotten an armful of flowers.

GBNever again Currently sitting on hold trying to find out why my mother's flowers haven't been delivered yet. I am on galactic hold and nobody has answering. Don't even get me started on how Groupon deceived me by saying that I could get same day delivery on Friday and somehow I ended up having to pay extra for delivery 2 days after mother's day. At this point I think I just need to cancel this, and call groupon to complain. I just wish that someone would answer the phone so I can get this taken care of. Disappointed order number 133799444

GBDon't use them ever I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my mother, to be delivered in the day of the memorial for her husband of 65 years. I paid extra for early morning delivery. At 906am the day of the reported delivery they email me to tell me to make a substitute choice, while I was traveling. They had my phone number, and didn't call? Terrible. So mom got nothing. I'm heart broken
