MXI just used this company today I just used this company today . There were a couple issues that were on my side . I did not supply info that was needed and they were right on top of it to verify things. They also contacted me to let me know that the hospital I was delivering too does not allow ballon's and offered me a refund or add more more flowers to my order . They contacted me when the order was delivered and the recipient verified they were delivered and the flowers were beautiful . I had a good experience with them on the phone and e-mail . Response time was very positive and the communication between the operators and I very positive .

GBAwesome service! My bestie had a birthday in the middle of the COVID-19 social distancing order. So I decided to send flowers. None of the other flower delivery sites were be able to guarantee next day delivery. Not only did Blooms Today get them delivered on her birthday, the arrangement exceeded my expectations! Simply beautiful!

GBNever again Currently sitting on hold trying to find out why my mother's flowers haven't been delivered yet. I am on galactic hold and nobody has answering. Don't even get me started on how Groupon deceived me by saying that I could get same day delivery on Friday and somehow I ended up having to pay extra for delivery 2 days after mother's day. At this point I think I just need to cancel this, and call groupon to complain. I just wish that someone would answer the phone so I can get this taken care of. Disappointed order number 133799444

GBNever again. Ordered from blooms today for specifically purple flowers for a friend. Paid extra for express delivery as they would be containing directions for ordering dinner. Flowers were supposed to arrive by 1. Arrived after 5pm and not only were they not purple but they were pathetic looking! Will be contacting customer service and will never order from blooms today again.

GBWish I could give negative stars Wish I could give negative stars. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day. I got an email notification they were delivered, but my mother did not actually receive them (she also checked with some neighbors to make sure they didn’t accidentally receive them). When I contacted Blooms Today about this, I was told they were redelivered today (Tuesday) but, again, my mother didn’t receive anything. Am now in process of just trying to get my money back.
