GBI wish I would have read the reviews… I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company! NEVER AGAIN! Do not be tricked by their GROUPON coupon! They are paying local florist nothing but making money. A almost 50 dollar arrangement for a tiny shabby arrangement. BUYER BEWARE!

GBBuyers Beware Buyers Beware: I am not pleased with the service provided by Blooms Today. I live in Minnesota and wanted to purchase a large floral arrangement with three balloons and a large box of chocolates for my aunt in Texas. Based on some of the reviews, I was unaware that Blooms Today contract out orders to florists in the local area. I paid the same day, before 2:00pm fee. Nothing had been delivered by 3:30pm. A quick call to customer service and the florist delivered a small arrangement without the balloons and box of chocolates. I expected much more for almost $200. Spend your money elsewhere.

GBDo Not Use!!! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering flowers considering the circumstances, (funeral) and customer service offered. Their website advertises same day service. That was not even remotely true. They also double billed my credit card! Do not trust them. Use someone else!!!!!

GBBuyers Beware!! Scam!! If I could give no stars, I would. I am a big advocate of supporting local businesses. So when I wanted to send my daughter flowers on her wedding day I looked up florists in her area and Blooms Today showed up as one of the top choices with an address in her local area. I believe this company is a scam, they don't have a shop, they are more like a website who sends the orders from somewhere else entirely, maybe the local gas station, who knows. I order what I thought was a beautiful white arrangement with white lilies and roses plus mylar balloons and she received a cheap multi colored arrangement and no balloons. I called and they did credit me back, but buyers beware, this company is a scam.

CATerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Read the fine print. I requested white wine for my mothers, mother day gift, because she hates red wine, however, red wine was delivered. I called customer service, they told me to ask my mom to take a picture of the wine, only to tell me, I acknowledged the need to substitute if required when I agreed to terms. Messed up.
