Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Read the fine print. I requested white wine for my mothers, mother day gift, because she hates red wine, however, red wine was delivered. I called customer service, they told me to ask my mom to take a picture of the wine, only to tell me, I acknowledged the need to substitute if required when I agreed to terms. Messed up. RIP-OFF.!!! RIP-OFF.!!!. BEWARE. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, NEITHER DID THEY PROVIDE THE MERCHANDISE THAT WAS DISPLAYED ON THE ORDER. Expect to receive a stripped down version of flower numbers. They literally had single flowers instead of multiple. They are criminals !

Don't use them ever I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my mother, to be delivered in the day of the memorial for her husband of 65 years. I paid extra for early morning delivery. At 906am the day of the reported delivery they email me to tell me to make a substitute choice, while I was traveling. They had my phone number, and didn't call? Terrible. So mom got nothing. I'm heart broken

I just used this company today I just used this company today . There were a couple issues that were on my side . I did not supply info that was needed and they were right on top of it to verify things. They also contacted me to let me know that the hospital I was delivering too does not allow ballon's and offered me a refund or add more more flowers to my order . They contacted me when the order was delivered and the recipient verified they were delivered and the flowers were beautiful . I had a good experience with them on the phone and e-mail . Response time was very positive and the communication between the operators and I very positive .

Absolutely disgusted Absolutely disgusted. I placed an order this morning very early with the statement of confirmation of delivery today which is the day before Thanksgiving. I actually got an email that said the delivery had been confirmed. I called the family and it actually had not been delivered. When calling customer service, no one answered, no one responded to emails, and it is not open tomorrow, so they will not be delivered prior to or by Thanksgiving as I had intended. I am putting every bad review known to man out there.
