GBYou cannot count on them to deliver as promised I ordered flowers for a funeral for a very close friend through echovita on two occasions... aug of 2023 and feb 11. IN both cases, the flowers were never delivered. When I contacted Echovita, they said they are just a website and it was Blooms Today who did not deliver as promised. When a good friend loses a family member, we send flowers to share our love and let them know we care. It is totally unacceptable to NOT deliver after an order is confirmed even once, but for Blooms today to do that TWICE within 7 months is inexcusable

GBI did not receive the flower display I… I did not receive the flower display I paid for; also paid for early delivery and it did not arrive till 5:30 in the evening. I will never use this company again.

GBDo Not Use!!! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering flowers considering the circumstances, (funeral) and customer service offered. Their website advertises same day service. That was not even remotely true. They also double billed my credit card! Do not trust them. Use someone else!!!!!

GBAbsolutely disgusted Absolutely disgusted. I placed an order this morning very early with the statement of confirmation of delivery today which is the day before Thanksgiving. I actually got an email that said the delivery had been confirmed. I called the family and it actually had not been delivered. When calling customer service, no one answered, no one responded to emails, and it is not open tomorrow, so they will not be delivered prior to or by Thanksgiving as I had intended. I am putting every bad review known to man out there.

GBRIP-OFF.!!! RIP-OFF.!!!. BEWARE. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, NEITHER DID THEY PROVIDE THE MERCHANDISE THAT WAS DISPLAYED ON THE ORDER. Expect to receive a stripped down version of flower numbers. They literally had single flowers instead of multiple. They are criminals !
