Frustrated customer I ordered 2 flags on July 15, 2022. Received confirmation and order id. They charged my credit card immediately and its been three months and I have not received my order. Sent several emails to the company and no response. I am a Vietnam Veteran and order from this company because it is Veteran owned. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

Made In USA is a Huge Disappointment I purchased one of their flags after doing a bit of research to ONLY buy made in the USA flag. I seen they were made by veterans, as I am a Vietnam Veteran. I loved the flag when I got it but within a year the blue section of the flag had faded greatly, and now looks like a grey color. I had written them, only to be ignored with no response twice, about this problem and never even received and answer. I tried doing the right thing by buying USA flag and made by Veterans but it don’t appear your company backs their product or care to respond. I am beginning to regret my purchase and dont want to buy US Flags made anywhere else but so far you are leaving me no options. Service, response and material are sub par. And they support veterans along with proud of being made in the USA... think again before buying from this company..... Very disappointed is an understatement. Fraudulent Company - DO NOT PURCHASE HERE Many phone calls & emails to the Customer Service Dept, combined with submitting a Customer Service response on their website. All unanswered. Same song & dance as the other reviews. I only ordered from this company because my husband and I are a dual-active duty couple and wanted to support a fellow veteran who sells American made products. Disappointed that I got scammed. Below is my email to the Customer Service Dept. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Good Morning! I placed order #5XXX9 for a flag sixty-two days ago. I have not received the flag or an email confirming it was shipped. I did read & do understand your notice that there will be delays due to COVID-19. However, I wasn’t expecting it to be over two months. Can you please provide an estimated ship date? If the flag will not be able to be delivered by the end of November, I will need a refund of $80.28 that was paid to Cavalry Flags on Sep 13, 2022. Thank you for your assistance. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

BAD BUSINESS!!! I placed a large order with this… I placed a large order with this company and chose them because they stated they were veteran owned. I never received anything from them despite months of trying to contact them. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and received a letter today from the BBB stating they had closed the case due to no response from the company and advised I contact the Attorney Generals office or file a claim with small claims court. As far as the company goes, all I can say is shame on them. They state to be a USA Veteran owned company. Is this how Americans treat Americans now? We try to support our Veterans by buying from them and this is the price we pay. Very disappointing that they are willing to mar the good Veteran businesses out there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.....(unless you have money to burn)

I placed my order in April 22 and since… I placed my order in April 22 and since then have made numerous attempts to make contact by the Calvary website, e-mails, and phone. They posted on their website their business has been impacted by Covid19 and supply chain issues but yet they billed for the flags upon receipt of the order. A good business would provide an estimated delivery date or some type of response. I have requested a refund through my credit card as this is the only recourse.
