And the one product that got my attention the most for quality control. Your 3 X 5 embroidered flags I purchased would have passed my inspection with flying colors, “get it, ha ha”. Ordered June 15, 2022 - Nov. 19,2022 still waiting for order. I placed my order in June, my credit card was chargred immediately even though you tell me there will be a significant wait time. It has been over 5 months and I have been waiting. Phone calls have not been answered. Emails have not been answered. My summary of my experience is:I HAVE BEEN TAKEN AND YOU ARE A SCAMMER!! i will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.

I concur with the other 1-star reviews I concur with the other 1-star reviews. Order placed 6-10-22, they took the money with an order confirmation, no estimated ship date. I attempted to reach out to them numerous time with no response. I've requested a refund twice with no responce. This company is a SCAM!!!

No customer service I purchased a flag 4 months ago. I knew there was delays do to COVID as stated on the website. I waited a couple months and emailed them several times just to get an estimated time and and never got a response. Theres no way to get ahold of them other than email. Customer service is nonexistent.
