GBDO NOT DO IT. Flowers were delivered an hour after closing, worst experience ever. The recipient didn't even receive them in time before leaving out of town and they want to offer 30% off a future order. I'll never use this company or recommend it. Not enough flowers we paid for the deluxe and it looks basic, business hours between 8-and 4 they delivered at 5:30 pm just all around wrong.

GBCan't Trust Shoddy Business Practices The website makes you enter all of your contact information, ALONG WITH YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION, before they will show you the delivery fee. So I reached out via a chat session to find out the delivery fee and the chat representative refused to provide me with the answer. Their response was to ask me for my phone number so someone could contact me. Wrong. If their reps cannot even answer basic questions, AND they make potential customers enter all of their contact and payment information first before showing the delivery fee, then they must be trying to hide something. I cannot trust them or their shoddy business practices, so I will therefore be looking elsewhere for my floral needs. Total waste of my time.

GBMy nieces husband passed away with… My nieces husband passed away with three teenage children in the family. The attempted delivery to the funeral home (twice) was made and the flowers still are not there. The Memorial Service was yesterday! They are sending fresh flowers (supposedly) to her home. How unfortunate! They offered a $10 gift card which I refused. Horrible service!!! DO NOT order from here. I ordered a week in advance.

GBTwo thumbs down I would rate this a zero if I could. Ordered the flowers 10 days early to make sure that they would get there for my girlfriend's birthday and have them delivered to her work. Paid the extra to have them delivered before noon. After using the chat because any phone number I found for them was bogus after two times on the chat they refunded the expedition fee now the website says they will be delivered tomorrow on Wednesday they were supposed to be there Monday morning . Horrible service I will never use them ever again two thumbs down

GBI inadvertently ordered roses sent to… I inadvertently ordered roses sent to the wrong address. After going online to change address, I was directed to From You Flowers. After speaking to the initial rep, I was transferred to a supervisor. She listened to my issue, asked a few questions, and, as a courtesy, advised they will send a second order of roses to the correct address at no charge. She was professional, kind, and solved my problem quickly. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Thank you From You Flowers!
