USWorth $138 to alienate a customer Bought something through ebay. This company shipped it. Ordered the wrong size. Tried to initiate the return through ebay and could not. First person I called at equipatron said they were "initiating the return process, and I would receive an email" Waited a week, called back. Was told I had to deal with ebay. If it was worth the $138 to alienate a first time customer, and turn them into a one time customer that shares (good and bad) experiences, congratulations! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

USI purchased a new engine for my Deere John I purchased a new engine for my John Deere D110 on Friday afternoon and it was so easy to install. Had to call once for a quick question and Floyd was so helpful. Total install time was around 2.5 hours. Have already put 2 hours on the new engine and must say it has already out performed the OME hands down. From my first email to my last phone call all of the team members have been amazing. USGood Called in my order and they told me it would ship the following day but there was a mix up on there end. They went ahead and overnighted my motor so its all good
