USIf I could give negative stars I would If I could give negative stars I would. Prepaid for 1 year service. Made NUMEROUS calls asking when next treatment would be, as it seemed I was never getting serviced. Every call, I was told there was no record of my previous calls or pleas for help. After year service ended, service was canceled. Without telling me, they put me on a resubscribe list, so I started getting billed for a whole new year. Called to cancel, and confirmed on the phone FIVE times that I had a $0 balance and my subscription was canceled. They are now saying they have no record of my phone calls whatsoever, that my subscription is ongoing, and trying to bill me another $150. Being "fast tracked to speak with a manager" still takes "24-48hrs for a callback". DO NOT START THE SERVICE, YOU WILL NEVER GET OUT OF IT, AND BE IGNORED THE MINUTE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

USPlease don’t! I have more weeds now than I had when Tru Green started. I also have a lot of bald spots in my lawn now. I’ve had so-called specialist out to explain that and fix it. I was told my lawn is old. They apparently don’t know that your lawn re-seeds itself every year. Truly, my lawn has never looked so bad! Please don’t fall for their lies. And they have no “specialist.”
