I called Trugreen last Wednesday around… I called Trugreen last Wednesday around 4 PM and the lady said someone will be out to do your yard on March 26 I called the people this morning I called and they told me I called and canceled my plans which I didn’t call at all on Monday they are full of lies shame on them and last year in June I gave them my information to pay and they punched in the wrong information so they had to wait. That’s not my fault.no good company.

Mr Allen tucker from the Indian trail… Mr Allen tucker from the Indian trail nc office that I spoke to back on March 15 2024 said he would have someone come to my house and rectify the situation I contacted the office at that number it gets switched to another number I get a individual that doesn't know anything I spoke to a higher up. The woman that I spoke to was trying to resolve the situation. She contacted Mr tucker at the Indian trail location and had him give me a call and he did and told me on the phone that he couldn't get to me until 3 29 2024 that what he said on 3 15 2024 and guess what I called and there is no schedule for me. This location lies out there butt, there ratings for crap and I'm not going to use them. The Charlotte location is much better but they don't service Monroe area. SO DON'T HIRE THESE People THEY ARE TWO FACE LIERS. I CANCELED MY SERVICE THEY DONT DO WHAT THEY SAY.

2 days ago I’ve called to get more info… 2 days ago I’ve called to get more info about the package and price. The person from the call center kept saying they are the cheapest and the best. They were my first company I’ve called to see what’s they can offer. They kept pushing to buy. Have 2 other people call me less then 1 hour apart the next day trying to pressure me to buy their product. That is NOT how to make a sale.

Price Charged higher than Price Quoted I had not signed up for service yet, but was gathering information after an email ad. Got a call back from a sales rep in North Georgia (?), based on the area code. First price quote was $976. I asked to take off one component (trees & shrub service), and the phone rep said new price would be $363 - Wow! I was all in!! I asked for the details in an email, so I could discuss with my family before committing. Email came showing price as $636. Numerical transposition mistake? After reading the tons of negative reviews, I think not. :-(

I was not happy with initial service I was not happy with initial application due to the hard rains we had for 4 days, I felt the product would be diluted to no use. I was not offered for them to re-apply and I cancelled my account. I received after cancel a schedule when they was going to return so I called and had the young lady confirm cancelling. She asked why I did not have them re apply. I was not offered that at the time and is why I cancelled. They make claims of satisfaction but don't live up to their word So, I am out of pocket for a treatment, and was not offered re apply I just be refunded or a re apply done SCAMMERS
