GBIt couldn’t be worse service possible It couldn’t be worse service possible. My lawn service for which I paid 1200$ was never done. They would come in put a sign in my yard and leave. I have crab grass over growing all over my yard, bold areas and mold. I have taking pictures and planning on taking them to the court. Managers are never available when you call. I had one calling me back today ( surprise!), stating that they will “redo” my lawn and will “ fix it”, after receiving pictures taken by their own tech. My lawn never looked as bad as it is now after a true green company was hired to take care of it!

GBPlease don’t! I have more weeds now than I had when Tru Green started. I also have a lot of bald spots in my lawn now. I’ve had so-called specialist out to explain that and fix it. I was told my lawn is old. They apparently don’t know that your lawn re-seeds itself every year. Truly, my lawn has never looked so bad! Please don’t fall for their lies. And they have no “specialist.”

GBI was not happy with initial service I was not happy with initial application due to the hard rains we had for 4 days, I felt the product would be diluted to no use. I was not offered for them to re-apply and I cancelled my account. I received after cancel a schedule when they was going to return so I called and had the young lady confirm cancelling. She asked why I did not have them re apply. I was not offered that at the time and is why I cancelled. They make claims of satisfaction but don't live up to their word So, I am out of pocket for a treatment, and was not offered re apply I just be refunded or a re apply done SCAMMERS
