Worse experience ever I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing my cover. The material is cheap and last only one season. If you are looking to spent $400 only for 1 summer go ahead with your order. Customer service suck.they are rude and not going to solve anything for you. Very disappoint.

Website and ordering, always review your order before placing. Finding replacement parts on their site is difficult. There are no direct links to most things on their website. When I did finally find something relevant to what I was looking for I was excited. Then when it came to the checkout process and reviewing my order, I found a $75 ground service fee for a replacement CUSHION. Not huge, heavy parts... A cushion. That's half the price of the cushion itself. Back to searching elsewhere. Sad.

Purchase a replacement canopy Purchase a replacement canopy, it fit really well and looked good when installed, then it rained. Leaked everywhere. when I contacted customer service they said " We suggest removing the canopy any time you will be experiencing inclement weather, as our canopies are meant to provide shade from the sun." What a ripoff. Don't waste your money.

Purchased the canopy from Garden Winds… Purchased the canopy from Garden Winds last May. Installed several months later and only had it up for two months. Put it up again this year and the material split, has holes, dry rotted and discolored. Customer service said it was out of warranty, yeah by 2 weeks, they are so generous they offered to extend my warranty and let me spend another $100.00 and they would replace it, I would stay away form purchasing a replacement canopy from these folks

Allen + Roth Replacement Canopy Purchased an Allen + Roth replacement gazebo canopy. No where near the quality of the original. Poorly fitted, hard to get on. Faded faster during the this summer than the side panels, which we've had for years. Developed a leak through small holes that Garden Winds claims are part of the manufacturing process. Our original never leaked. GW wouldn't issue a refund. Never shopping with them again, and wish I had seen this site prior to purchase. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
